Dr Shannon Long is super and you couldn't do better. The nurse was friendly enough but I had very little interaction with her. However, they have Godzilla at the reception area so be prepared. I understand the times we are in with the virus, but there is NO need to be rude and disrespectful !! I had brought my fiance there today,all day it had to be his birthday and he was already unhappy. The wait was a bit lond and so was the wait for the dr,Dr G Jones. When she cam in with her assistant,things changed because of the kind caring soul she is. He went for one thing and it turn was helped with a few problems that he had,Dr G Jones was great as was her assistant,but to top it off a big guy came in the room and had to give him a couple of shots,he hates needle but " Vince Vaughn" did a great job too,i just said Vince because he looks like him. I dont believe the bad reviews people write on here,this was 2 times and they were great for us.. Love them and they are great providers for us ans the community in which they serve.
