Went in as walk-in and I was 1st one. Reception was nice and friendly. With in minutes, I was in exam room and RN walked in right after my blood pressure and temp. were taken. She had already tested urine specimen which confirmed my suspicion of UTI. RN went over several new things for me to try. Called in prescription and I was on my way to better health. It was thoroughly a good and professional experience. The staff was very professional and, " I would recommend Ascension St. Thomas Urgent Care to any one who wants the best care from those who do care!

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I visited the Clinic on 12/28/19. My wait time was minimal. Staff very friendly and willing to help me in any way. I saw Jason Crisp. He was kind friendly cheerful and very willing to listen patiently of my symptoms. He preformed a thorough examination. Mr. Crisp diagnosed me with Sinus Infection and Bronchitis. He called me in some prescriptions to the Pharmacy of my choice. Thank you, Jason, for your expertise in Diagnosis and Treatment. Feeling much better today. First Care is truly First in the health and Care for their patients.

Wonderful staff! Crystal is so friendly and kind whenever we come by, especially with sick kids who are afraid of covid testing. Mary and Hailey were incredibly welcoming to us and Taryn and Alison were on the ball and made my little one feel right at home! Thank you so much!

They were Awesome!! We really needed a rapid covid test and no one seemed to be able to help us until we walked into your clinic. Because we were “walk ins” we had to wait about an hour and a half but no problem. T/Y and Blessings!!

Went in for a walk in Covid test. Their system was quite efficient. I was able to go home for a period of time and received a text when my appointment time had arrived. I was also able to track my position in line while I waited. Very pleasant and informative staff!

My daughter was seen by Rob and he was fantastic, and found something even her regular pcp never checked for which explains alot of how she feels daily. Front staff was so sweet and professional during our visit. The MA Taryn is one of the best there and my child who is particular with people would only let Taryn do the tests on her. My daughter loves the staff here and so do I. Highly recommend going here.

Came in for a COVID test, testing was done. Provider came in listen to my daughters lungs and said they sounds clear. But nothing else was done to follow up with her symptoms. The providers didn’t look her her throat or ears. No other testing was done.

Came in around 4:30pm had a sore throat & daughter tested positive for strep so wanted to check myself since my throat was sore & they took great care of me, extremely friendly.

Excellent nurse practitioner. But saw dirty tissues next to the medical bed. No sanitation of the BP machine or pulse monitor before or after being on me even though I was there for a COVID test

Came in for a COVID test. Very sick . By far the most kind and loving and compassionate staff I have ever seen. They took time to answer my questions and had love in their heart. Such sweet and professional people. Matt Waters

My son (4) had to have multiple tests done and the staff was AMAZING! He gets nervous when going to the dr. But everyone was so nice and helpful I didn’t have to worry about him being scared.

The staff at my visit were friendly. I was in and out in a very timely manner. They made my covid testing a quick easy process. The forms they shared were helpful for my job.

We had to wait for a seeming long time to be seen, there was only 1 other person in the waiting room and almost no cars in the parking lot. The receptionist did not clean anything even though we were there for a covid test, she exposed everyone else that came after us to covid. The door handles and chairs were not being cleaned after use, my child was not asked to social distance or take any precautions, she is covid positive and exposed everyone who came in after us.

The receptionist told me that my copayment is $100 and that I would be getting a full body exam and not just a C-19 test. I did not get a full body exam after my 3 hour wait. I only got a C-19 test and a pregnancy test…. No exam. I was charged for $100 for two test .. the C-19 test should have been free. The providers were nice and kind in exam room.

Lady up front was very nice, I have a terrible fear of flu tests and the nurse that did my covid test was very gentle and let me be comfortable.

Julie is always fantastic with my son, he gets so excited to see her. Fancy made the tests super simple that had to be ran on my kiddo and kept him calm and happy. Shelly was also very sweet with helping Julie get a test on my son that he didn't want but did better than I expected but without this team I know he would have been fighting off every test. This team is amazing. Crystal was the front desk today and professional fast and caring with my check in and concerns.

When I arrived, the staff was very quick about getting all paperwork processed. I was able to walk in and get into a room extremely fast with no wait. Doctor Cravens was extremely thorough with the examination. She took the time to explain what tests and why these tests were being performed. She and the entire staff was nothing but professional and polite, easing my mind. I would highly recommend this team.

The wait was a little long but they apologized for that. I give this facility 5 stars though because they diagnosed my baby correctly. I had taken him to his pediatricians on site walk in the day before and they diagnosed him with a “cold” and sent us home. When I brought him here today he was tested for rsv and was positive. He also had an ear infection. I am so thankful to the nurse practitioner we saw today. Everyone involved in his care today was wonderful.

Went in for a CoVid 19 test. Don't understand why a practioner came in to listen to my lungs? I only camr in for the test. I will not pay for any charges not soley related to the CoVid test.

I needed a Covid test and your staff were honest with us and said it would be a two hour wait so we were able to go to the store and grab some stuff so I appreciated the heads up. It didn’t end up taking two hours so that was great. Everything else went smoothly.

Clarksville Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
