Wasn't feeling too good so decided to go to Baptist Urgent Care Collierville. Symptoms required an ambulance for transport to ER. But while there, received exceptional medical.care from all. Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of me. Would highly recommend.

The staff was excellent. The facility was very clean. Alicia was excellent and helpful. The wait was a little longer than I expected, since I made an appointment. I will go here again when I need help.

I am not a fan of the new phone check-in, but once I waded through the process I was pleased with my experience. I want to give a special thanks to Susan who gives the best shots ever!

Had to have 32 staples removed from scalp due to skin cancer removal.  The nurse practitioner was very friendly and did a great job of removing the staples.  Staff was friendly and helpful from checking in to checking vitals.  Over all visit couldn’t have been any better.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Made an appointment at 1pm for a 4pm time slot. Was seen on time. Very professional and friendly. Afterwards, the nurse sent prescription directly to in-store pharmacy. Received a text in 10 mins that meds were ready for pickup.

Since I was taking the covud test, I was told to wait in my car and someone will call me. The wait time wasn't too bad, I really the forgot I waiting in my car! I ginally did receive a friendly phone call from the staff. The staff was really friendly and the doctor was professional and of course the staff was too! I made it a little comical because the test took me by surprise a little bit. I think I made the doctor and the nurse day! Lol!

Great visit! Staff listened to my concerns and answered questions and didn’t rush me! So refreshing! The Covid test was not a horrific experience here like it is most places. The doctors and staff did a great job!

Amazed at how well their covid test operation was. Never had to leave the car, and the doctor was so sweet and personable. The staff definitely showed they cared. Will definitely be referring them to family and friends.

this was my second visit to urgent care for children for covid testing; in january because i had covid and today bc i am hoping take these antibodies on a trip! january was fine but today was great; definite improvement with swab and then telehealth after. everyone was friendly and helpful. i would definitely recommend! my girls have been for non covid related “urgent” needs and i was pleased with those visits as well!

Our covid-19 test was so quick and the woman who took it was wonderful! Would recommend to anyone looking to come here. We didnt know we would have to do a video before our visit and potentially wait a couple of hours before getting tested, but we were in an out within 10 minutes.

The Solv app keeps asking for insurance info as if not keeping track of original information. That is a nuisance! Curbside testing was efficient and excellent!

Brandy was awesome! I am thankful for the meeting with her. She was thoughtful and insightful. The one thing I did not like is that in order to check in, the instructions on the door (& on recording) stated to scan the qr code. I’m 56 and don’t have a phone that can do that. Most people my age or older aren’t going to know how to do this. Thankfully Brandy had advised to just call in to check in but I never reached anyone but I texted her and she notified the office. If there was a direct line to check in or another link to tap in in order to check in from, would be wonderful! I Definately did not want to come in. Thank you so so much and I am a retired quality assurance tester, so if you need thoughts or someone to test an updated app, please let me know!

Everyone was so friendly and very helpful! I couldn’t have chosen a better place to go for a Covid test.

The process to get tested for Covid is ridiculous. It should be an easier way to get tested beside having the patient wait hours fir the appointment to only have it canceled and start over.

- Verified patient on 1/21

Very helpful! Went to get a COVID test and the video NP was so helpful and talked me through everything.

Pre registered and got the ten minute early. Appt was kept as promised and test went easily.

Very nice people. I like how adults can get covid test with your kids. You have to zoom meet with a dr person but able to test. Nice to have so close to home. Better option than going all the way downtown to children’s

I called to see about a covid test. I appreciated the fact that they had a nurse pre-qualify and then scheduled that day. I think the process was very easy. The only question I have is that I got my results from my covidbtest back but I have not seen the results from my flu test. I wish that it was a little bit easier to see on the patient portal. It has now been 22 hours and when I look at the lab results there is nothing there. I do see the covid results under the medical records but nothing about the flu.

- Verified patient on 1/26

Quick and punctual. The instructions were a little unclear of what the process would be to get a rapid test, but it all worked out.

- Verified patient on 2/17

The video conference went well. The text updates were appreciated. The nurse was professional and kind. Your online site is a bit confusing. It needs to be made clear that at the time of the video conference, the provider will tell you when to go to the clinic for your COVID-19 test. That all you need to do online is schedule the video conference. I had actually signed up for another time slot thinking that I needed to schedule my own Covid-19 test (because back in November, that’s how it was done and the nurse called you after the appointment). I also wondered if I was supposed to be in the parking lot for my video conference and then someone would immediately come out to test me. It just wasn’t clear how it all worked. A clarification on the covid section of your website would be helpful.

From the girl at the front desk to the girl who administered my COVID test, they were SO NICE and I was in and out in no time! Thank you!!

I have not received verification of my Covid testing appointment which the nurse practitioner told me that she had made for me for noon on Friday at Children’s Urgent Care at Vestavia. I am worried that the appointment has not been made.

Had to do a drive up COVID test and it couldn’t have been any easier. Thank you so much!

The is place is clean and the staff were welcoming and patient. My kids and I all for covid-19 testing (all negative) they made the process easy, especially for my 9 year. I will be returning for any of my children urgent needs.

The arrival procedure was a little confusing but once I got checked in, it was no time until I was tested.

Collierville Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
