Never have to be going through this.Waiting time was terrible. Waited in waiting for sometime. And then when finally in the room I waited for sometime. I have been battling this issue for a few days now and this morning I said I had to go get checked. I scheduled my appointment online and was able to get an appointment within an hour and a half. Upon arrival after completing paperwork I was called back in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Clark and the entire staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Clark even took the time to notice that my illness was causing my blood pressure to be elevated and one of the prescriptions would also cause it to rise so, she immediately canceled her prescription and showed me one that was can be purchased over the counter that would be safe while my blood pressure was elevated. She even made sure it had come down some before allowing me to leave. That’s great service.

When I entered the front doors the staff instructed me on how to check in from a safe distance and everything else was very easy to understand and self-explanatory. I then sat in the waiting room and before I knew it, they called me to the back and everything went very quickly, quicker than I thought it would. I was very pleased. The whole process worked very quickly and very professionally. It was a much more pleasant experience than the last clinic that our company used for DOT physicals.
