A1Plus service. I am new to the area and haven’t seen a new PCP. Started the week with a cough that later developed into a sore throat and ear pain so I found this placed due to availability.  Faith led me there. The staff and Dr. Inaganti were amazing.  I’m already feeling better.

Booked an appointment time within 30 min of calling. Staff was very nice & patient. Dr was thorough & provided options but gave his opinion. Another patient came in requiring immediate attention (stitches) and caused a delay. The nurse & staff checked on me regularly during the wait, apologized for the delay as did the dr when he arrived. Will return next time I need urgent care.

Woke up this morning right sided pain under breast. Hurts when takes a breath in. Was able to be seen by spot same day.

I woke up with a sinus infection. Siince I have had them before I know what they feel like. This has been Going on since Wed making this the 4th day. The provider blew it off as a cold. Told me if its worse in 5 to 7 day to call her , then she will treat it. Really the the next day was day 5. So let me see she wait until it sets in so we can treat it longer, possibly have to see someone agains so it another office visit and more money for you all ripping people off. Or maybe even ending up in the hospital with it tuning into something deadly. My daughter was with me since she had an apt 20 minutes latter so we were in the same room. this provider googled her stuff, showed us pics. We ended up at the ER with her issue 4 hours later. This privider needs to be turned into the medical board for #1 diagnosed out of google. Really .!!!!!!! The clinc is fine and some of the providers are spot on but this provider needs to go bad reputation for the clince.

Everything went well even with a busy night got them.  We’ve been several times and this has been the busiest time and the time frame was still very reasonable.  Thank you for treating my son.

I walked and was seen right away. Visit from start to finish was less than an hour. Awesome.

My kid needed a physical done called and to my surprise they had an opening. Visit was awesome they had quick wait time visit it self was fast and efficient and the provider was awesome. Will definitely be recommending to others.

Front desk staff very friendly, fast. Medical assistants were very fast & efficiant.

I took my daughter because she didn’t feel well and that same night emergency room she had a ear infection the doctor had didn’t checked my daughter correctly I will never come back

I had a horrible sinus infection with inner ear fluid and they made me feel better fast as I was hosting a party in two hours later.  Thank you

I did not have an appointment but I was seen very quickly. Staff were wonderful and the office is so clean. I would highly recommend this place.

Wait time was good and I saw my favorite doctor. Dr.Bean she always pleasant and attentive.

Very professional from start to finish. I did not have a long wait time and every single person I encountered was friendly and informative. I will definitely come here again if the need arises. Highly recommend!
