Have had a cough for a week and was going out of town, wanted to make sure it was nothing serious

The assistant that brought me back to the exam room could not have been more robotic, unfriendly and cold; horrible bedside manners. Fortunately this type of behavior is rare at this clinic. The front staff, checkout and Megan were 5-✰☆ great!

My son was sick, after school I made an appointment it was very easy and there were different times.  The staff were very friendly.

The wait time was too long. We had an appointment and still waited for over an hour.

Minimal wait time. Friendly staff. Very clean facility

Booked in the middle of night due  to grandsons fall at parent night out and my daughter in hospital with contractions. Both Nurse’s that tended to him were so nice and explained everything to him and us.  To his ex rays and explains the break in his arm and placing the soft cast on him. Provided all the information we required for an orthopedic visit. So as grandparents we couldn’t have asked for better assistance. Thank you!

Staff was great. Waited in the lobby for 1 -1/2 hours before seen.

This was my second visit with my grand baby . Scheduling and the office staff is amazing. The nurse practitioner is not . He does not spend 2 minutes with you . My grand baby was VERY ill . Running fever, her throat was very red ( his words ) she was coughing uncontrollably. He said oh it’s just a cold . Later that night she got worse and ended up having bronchitis (went to different clinic) . I was just very disappointed in the lack of concern he showed for her when she was clearly very ill. If they get a new provider I may return if not I’m definitely not returning.
