I have been a patient at Franklin Clinic (not as Urgent Care) for several years. I have been pleased with everything about the facility. Yes, the front desk help is sometimes overwhelmed and seem unfriendly but, that's to be expected.

I've been here twice, and I was so impressed with the way that this staff took great care of me. Juan is so helpful and good at what he does, and Dr.Godinez's explanation of symptoms and sincere help to answer all my medical concerns. I just had to leave a review for them that is awesome. I am in no hurry to return but if anything does happen, they will be my first call.

One of them “I cant believe this just happened accidents” Went to clinic and I was taken right away. Needed stitches, nurses were “Johnny on the spot with response” Then the Doc walked in, damn!! Been a long time since I been seen by an old school Doctor!! Staff, and especially the Doc was beyond great!! The attention to detail, the humor, I never been so relaxed before!!! God forbid you need their services, but if you do... You will not regret it!!!! I am 59 years old, had a lot of “oops” in my life I truly LOVED this place

It would b better if opened on weekends and open a little later maybe 7: pm wait time a little long sometimes
