Construction was a little unnerving but all for progress

PA was amazing. I was very stressed out about my daughter’s allergic reaction. She answered all my questions and concerns. Also calmed my daughter down in a moment for distressed.

I walked and was seen right away. Visit from start to finish was less than an hour. Awesome.

This was our first time using Night Hawk. The wait was long, but I expected it being that it was Sunday morning. The staff annd doctor were extremely thorough and friendly. Definitely will be my go-to urgent care for my 2 kids.

My kid needed a physical done called and to my surprise they had an opening. Visit was awesome they had quick wait time visit it self was fast and efficient and the provider was awesome. Will definitely be recommending to others.

Easy to schedule a same-day appointment, fast and courteous service. The waiting area and working spaces are clean and well organized. I would come here again.

Scheduling the online appointment was easy. The wait time wasn’t horrible because I had an appointment. The nurse and doctor were nice.

I recently moved and can not find my medicine, I reached out to the doctor bc I know her from my weightloss journey, she told me to get in to see her so I did. She as always took well care of me and my needs and so blessed to have her in my life.

All staff were amazing and very friendly, my son needed an X-ray and they had us in and out within an hour.

Every time I visited little spurs the staff was great the cleanliness of the facility was awesome & wait in great keep up the good work.

Scheduled Annual Flu Shot.  Arrived. 5 min early, completed 1 page info as requested. Waited 5 min, called to back, received shot! Easy, quick, efficient!!

Woke up with a very painful swollen ankle and made an appointment to find out why. Although the staff were very friendly, it seemed they were extremely short handed. We sat there over 3 hours for a simple X-ray and getting the ankle wrapped for what they said was a sprain. I’m not even sure there was a doctor on site. As out of the 3 people we had come in the room no one identified themselves as a doctor. Was told they called in a prescription for pain relief with an anti-inflammatory which they did not. Instead the copy of the prescription I was given was for over-the-counter Tylenol, which does not have an anti-inflammatory agent in it so if you just wanted me to take an over-the-counter pain medicine, why not ibuprofen? At least then you would get the anti-inflammatory.

Sick child everything was wonderful except  the front desk clerk seemed a little impatient

Thanksgiving morning woke up with a UTI.  Was able to book an appointment early and got to facility.  Had to wait 30 minutes pad appointment time but given the holiday recognize that there may have been less staffing.  Was just glad the facility was open and got good care.
