The receptionists at your front desk are never friendly when you check in. No empathy. They act like you’re bothering them. Their seat is very low and the counter blocks eye contact. This is a consistent in every visit over the years. The nurse didn’t show up for their shift, so appointment was delayed 30 minutes. No detailed print out of bill. I asked for one and was told would receive it in chat. The chat is only the total. Please pay your front desk folks more so you can get better people. They never know what they are doing and seem very unsure of themselves. It is always like this.

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

I’m grateful to have an easy in and out quickly place to go for an ear infection that I woke up with and needed immediate attention. Thank you
