I have never been a huge fan of going to the doctor but this past weekend I HAD to go in and after going in I wish I could make this place my primary doctors office! They are clean, efficient and actually care about you! Alan, MaryAnne and Karen were wonderful and actually took time with me to figure out what would be best for my needs to make me feel better - they made me feel like a person rather than a number (other clinics have made me feel this way). I came in to well care with a knee problem, and after seeing the doctor was turned over to the assistant Loreena. She assisted me in the brace for my knee and went above and beyond by assisting me with finding a referral for an MRI and a surgeon. She was able to locate an office, relatively close to my house and within my insurance policy. she was very helpful and professional in assisting me and guiding me through this relatively tough time. I believe she is the type of employee that goes above and beyond, and I would certainly like to hire people like her in my business. She was relentless locating the place for my MRI, and within my insurance guidelines.
