This is such a great office of professionals, for when my regular internist is unavailable.  I really appreciate the Bissonnet AFC people!

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.

The staff was very nice, office was clean and well kept. Fast call back time and was able to see the doctor right away. Great place if you need an urgent care for kids.

Took my son for check of a bump on his back, likely due to insect bite. Had to wait for an hour even after having an appointment to see the physician. Nurse practitioner checked him out and prescribed medication. First time visiting this practice. Disappointed with wait time, but care was good.

I had an emergency with my child and came in a Saturday afternoon. The waiting time was not bad, and the staff was super nice. My daughter was helped by the doctor and did not need to go to an emergency waiting room which saved us a lot of time. I will definitely come back here again if I have another emergency with my kids.

The last few days having an upper respiratory infection. Went this Urgent Care facility and I love that they take walkins. Gave 2 prescriptions and am feeling a little better already. All of the staff was great! Will be definitely going back.

Granddaughter never minds going there when we need to be seen quickly. The doctor was very patient and efficient. Wish this could be our primary care doctor! I would definitely recommend this place and all the staff!

Had a scheduled appt , intake was fast and everyone was very nice and professional !

I was taken back quickly. Treated appropriately with kindness. Only negative was when I arrived home I read my paperwork. Medical assistant documented my weight backwards so had me down 40 lbs more than stated on the scale I was weighs on. Also wrong  arm documented for blood pressure. PA also did not prescribe medication as discussed for cough at night.  Other than those few things I am on the road to feeling better.

I made an appointment quickly, was seen within 5 minutes of arrival, and had great medical care. I’ve used NextCare Urgent Care many times and have been very satisfied. I do recommend this provider.
