I’ve had a fever for a few days and was struggling with dehydration. I was able to schedule the same day and waited for all of three minutes. From check in to each staff member to the NP everyone was wonderful. They ran tests and did their due diligence to discover what could be going on with me. Once I ran my tests, I went over and got an IV to assist with the dehydration. I left feeling much better and with peace of mind. I would recommend Neu Med urgent care and IV.

Very thorough and everyone took good care of me. The Doctor elevated my pain and gave further recommendations for follow up. Thank you!

This is my to go place when I'm having medical issues after hours both of the times I been here the doctors on duty take time to listen and give you the best advice for caring of the little ones. I do recommend this location location is always clean and restroom too keep up the good work.

Daughter with pink eye.  We were in and out in 15 minutes and picked up our prescription on the drive home at our local pharmacy.  The staff is the best….very thorough.  Recommend highly.  I relish the thought you can schedule a time and be in and out within 25 minutes unless tests are needed and need time for the results.  When you are sick you never want to have to sit to be seen.

I’ve been there twice already once for each twin and both times they’ve been so nurturing and eased my concerns and treated my twins and I with nothing but respect and kindness. From the front desk to the ma/nurses to doctors all of them are lovely and always offer a smile. Thank you

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

I visited because I’m allergic to poison ivy, so I had rash all around both eye, every thing when well, my only issue was that the doctor had roll me that my medicine was going to be ready in no more than 1hr this was at 10:00am, I went to the pharmacy to pick up at 6:00pm and was told that my prescription was barely submitted 30 min ago.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly and thorough.

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

We had the best experience. Wonderful staff, and our regular pediatrician happened to be on duty that day. We didn’t wait long. We will be back again the next time we have an urgent care need.
