The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for my son when he was feeling sick. The NP Erica and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.

My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and its staff.

Easy to booking online. Also able to stop in and bump up appointment with a super friendly receptionist! Waiting room moves quickly and is never jammed so people can keep apart. Loved this particular PA, quick and consise and confident. An the midst of moving back to Dallas, trying to get situated with a primary care . . . **this is my second time, and I may use this CityDoc on occasion if this quality of care keeps up. Thank you.

You gave me TWO pills that absolutely fixed NOTHING… just PUT OFF my problem …. USELESS TOTALLY !! Would not recommend to anyone !

The doctor was very great and gentle with my child. Listened to what I needed to say and was equally concerned as I was about my son’s well being.

I can always depend on City Doc to take care of any medical problem I have. The wait is never very long and the Medical Staff is very efficient.

Scheduling was a bit off, check in was quick and efficient. Dr.Rai was amazing, she asked the right questions and lead them with care. Thank you for simply allowing what you love to do shine through you. I highly recommend this provider.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
