I’ve had a fever for a few days and was struggling with dehydration. I was able to schedule the same day and waited for all of three minutes. From check in to each staff member to the NP everyone was wonderful. They ran tests and did their due diligence to discover what could be going on with me. Once I ran my tests, I went over and got an IV to assist with the dehydration. I left feeling much better and with peace of mind. I would recommend Neu Med urgent care and IV.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!

Easy online scheduling, got in right away and was taken care of.  Had a bad cough and congestion. Have used them several times and will use them again. Clean, professional and treated with care.

The staff was incredible, my son was having trouble breathing and I will def come back in the future. The wait time was short , staff was amazing and he was pleasantly surprised with how much they cared about him but I was also shocked bc I had a terrible experience at another clinic a few weeks prior! Who knew we still had empathic and caring people left in this world! As a mom, I highly recommend them!

It’s always a great visit when I go to urgent care. The staff is wonderful. I’m checked in quickly and then moved into a room. So easy to schedule an appointment as well.
