PA was amazing. I was very stressed out about my daughter’s allergic reaction. She answered all my questions and concerns. Also calmed my daughter down in a moment for distressed.

Wasn’t able to get my daughter in with her Primary doctor & the clinic has slots available for same day. Super easy & grateful for the options available! The staff & doctors are wonderful

Came was promptly greeted and registered. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that it was cold and the music was anything but soothing

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

Very caring staff would for sure recommend. The wait time was less than 5 min. Beside manners was great.

Woke up with a very painful swollen ankle and made an appointment to find out why. Although the staff were very friendly, it seemed they were extremely short handed. We sat there over 3 hours for a simple X-ray and getting the ankle wrapped for what they said was a sprain. I’m not even sure there was a doctor on site. As out of the 3 people we had come in the room no one identified themselves as a doctor. Was told they called in a prescription for pain relief with an anti-inflammatory which they did not. Instead the copy of the prescription I was given was for over-the-counter Tylenol, which does not have an anti-inflammatory agent in it so if you just wanted me to take an over-the-counter pain medicine, why not ibuprofen? At least then you would get the anti-inflammatory.

Same day scheduling was super easy, and all personnel were friendly, efficient and very competent!  Highly recommend!!!

Scheduling the online appointment was easy. The wait time wasn’t horrible because I had an appointment. The nurse and doctor were nice.

I was able to schedule an appointment really quickly.  I scheduled it for 11 and when I get there was a lot of people waiting.   I got back to a room pretty quickly but then waited in the room a long while before seeing anyone.  But the care was good.

I thought possibly Google maps was wrong about them being open until 9PM Sunday nights. It was because when I arrived Well after all the other clinics were closed already the Shilo Urgent Care seemed dark and empty. I almost pulled away to go home to home care my awful bronchitis another awful night. But then a couple stepped out of their car and walked into the light inside the clinic! Yay it Was open at 7:30 so I felt so much relief. I received two prescriptions which were filled right away and given a referral Rx to get a chest xray from a clinic that opened at 8AM the next morning. I was third in line there and got out early enough to arrive at work before 8:45.  Their staff and hours are dedicated examples of Medicine As A Service and not a rubber stamping hospital that loses your wife’s glasses And smartphone on the same day like Richardson Methodist.  I recommend the Shiloh Urgent Care to anyone in need of after hours care who must get competent compassionate help.

Lily is the best PA, Roxanna is the best MA, the entire Garland team is the BEST. Y’all work so hard, always running around, trying to smile and handle whatever the day throws at you. We love you guys and we see how hard y’all work! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my babies!

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

Woke up with symptoms of UTI TO CLINIC IN AN OUT WITHIN 30 MINUTES

Easy to schedule a same-day appointment, fast and courteous service. The waiting area and working spaces are clean and well organized. I would come here again.
