I keep getting asked to leave a review for a child I didn't take.

Second time at this location and both times I’ve had a great experience.

Wife, who has dementia, began exhibiting extreme anxiety and fear symptoms that my daughter, a NP, said might be caused by a UTI.  We came to your office for some advice and meds, which you provided. Thanks

Staff was great. Waited in the lobby for 1 -1/2 hours before seen.

10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

Scheduling was a bit off, check in was quick and efficient. Dr.Rai was amazing, she asked the right questions and lead them with care. Thank you for simply allowing what you love to do shine through you. I highly recommend this provider.

The receptionist never greeted me when I entered the office. She was not at the desk but was back in another office talking to another staff member. My first interaction with anyone was when the nurse called my name to be seen. The nurse and Dr were professional and friendly. When I walked back to the front there was still no one at the desk. The receptionist was again in the other room talking to another staff member. I said excuse do I need to check out and she said no you’re good. Very poor communication.

My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and its staff.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

Citydoc does not disappoint.   I was in and out in 30 minutes.   Talked with Doctor and had my prescription refill.  Last visit was in March I needed stitches.

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for my son when he was feeling sick. The NP Erica and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly!  I highly recommend!

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

They were efficient and I felt safe. They followed sanitary protocol. I did not have to wait too long. I highly recommend this place. It is not a pleasant experience when you're sick, but they made me feel comfortable.

Overall satisfied reception entry questioner may need improvement otherwise all ok
