I did not have an appointment but I was seen very quickly. Staff were wonderful and the office is so clean. I would highly recommend this place.

I woke up and the side of my face was swollen, under my eye and down my jawline.  Made an appointment online, staff was nice and very accommodating.  A little wait for the Dr. but that was okay because he was able to diagnose the problem and explained what was needed to get better.

Dr.lee was perfect. Great,fast,professional,friendly. Everything was GOOD

My kid needed a physical done called and to my surprise they had an opening. Visit was awesome they had quick wait time visit it self was fast and efficient and the provider was awesome. Will definitely be recommending to others.

Woke up with the onset of a uti. Buring when urinating etc. scheduled apt and was seen the same day and prescribed meds.  Would recommend this provider

Everyone since the entry people were polite and nice, the MA and Dr. was amazing

I only have one complaint: My child had a sore throat on Thursday but tested negative for strep. We got a doctor's note for that day of missed school. The doctor told us we'd probably caught her sickness at the very first stage, and that if she developed more symptoms and need to stay home another day, to just call the office and they'd print another note for the extra day. My daughter did end up becoming sicker and had to stay home from school (and is even worse now, on Saturday). The office could not give me a note without making another appointment to get more testing done, and they could not contact the doctor because they rotate locations and they didn't have any idea as to when he'd be back. I don't want to spend another $40 to get a doctor's note, when it could have been done on the first visit. I like that Lil Spurs is open until 8, when my pediatrician's office closes at 5. I don't like that they don't honor what their doctors tell the patients. Next time I'm out of PTO, I will make sure my child is VERY sick before I bring her to Lil Spurs.

The whole staff was awesome! Expedient and excellent service. Quick results and wonderful follow up instructions.

First time here and everyone was so amazing and kind. Great bedside manner which is a big deal to me. Happy to know they are here when we need them

I walked and was seen right away. Visit from start to finish was less than an hour. Awesome.

I’ve never had a problem here and the staff/Doctors and nurses are extremely friendly/polite/and caring.  I’ll continue to come here due to all the good.  Thank you.

Everything was good, my only complaint is I have a bad cough and he prescribed over the counter cough medication.   I am not any better possibly worse so I am at CARENOW trying to get help Craig morton  682.465.0817

I have a history of sciatica pain. After working two 16 hour shifts, I ended up with a terrible flare up. Upon arrival at the clinic I was called back immediately and received awesome service from the front desk, the nurse, and the wonderful NP on duty. When you're in pain, it's an absolute blessing to be greeted and treated with kindness by people who obviously love their jobs. Super pleasant experience. Highly recommend this provider. 10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!
