Front desk- very sweet and helpful Nurse/X-ray tech- patient and friendly  I appreciated everyone’s help

Took my son for check of a bump on his back, likely due to insect bite. Had to wait for an hour even after having an appointment to see the physician. Nurse practitioner checked him out and prescribed medication. First time visiting this practice. Disappointed with wait time, but care was good.

I scheduled my 3 year old autistic son an appointment online due to him fighting a fever for 2-3 days. The staff was very friendly. The office is actually really beautiful and it was clean. My son loved the big screen showing the sea. The doctor was very nice and patient with my son. I was in and out of the office within an hour. I highly recommend this urgent care. I've taken my sons to other urgent cares before and I felt as if they just wanted to get patients in & out of there (they were nice to my sons but it just felt more genuine at Urgent Care for Kids Cy-Fair)

Very good visit overall. Hate being sick but going here for the friendly stuff makes me feel a little better

Dr Jose Lara was absolutely professional and provided sound diagnosis and treatment medications.

Been sick for a week. Went in for an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment. No wait time - which was awesome. Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. Had my diagnosis and scrip within 30 minutes and got to get on with my day. I will absolutely come here again.

Had a bad cough for several days went online to set up an appointment was able to get the time I wanted, Check in was easy taken back to the room with in 5 minutes, saw the Dr 10 mins later, diagnosed quickly meds prescribed, in and out in 30 mins max. Staff was friendly, Doctor was as well confident in the care I received. I will be back if I need care!

Second time to go with flu symptoms. I scheduled easily on line and staff were patient and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription called into my drugstore.

Been here several times for all kinds of issues. Everything from COVID, eye infections and removing fishing hooks from kids (seriously.. twice). Katrina and staff are always amazing!
