Everyone was very helpful and friendly and thorough.

I’ve lost my voice. Dr was able to diagnose and treat me within an hour. This was my first time coming to this urgent care. I highly recommend this urgent care.

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?

I scheduled my 3 year old autistic son an appointment online due to him fighting a fever for 2-3 days. The staff was very friendly. The office is actually really beautiful and it was clean. My son loved the big screen showing the sea. The doctor was very nice and patient with my son. I was in and out of the office within an hour. I highly recommend this urgent care. I've taken my sons to other urgent cares before and I felt as if they just wanted to get patients in & out of there (they were nice to my sons but it just felt more genuine at Urgent Care for Kids Cy-Fair)

From phone call to the exam, all staff were extremely pleasant and courteous. I was advised to walk in, which worked fine. Didn't care to complete paperwork on my phone, but the program was easy and smooth...probably better that pen and paper. Loved thoroughness of the staff doctor. I would definitely recommend.

The dr basically didn’t do anything for me. I wish he would have taken an x ray to see what’s going on but nope not at all. Gave me a bandaid and steroids. I needed answers

Very nice Urgent Care. Second visit for follow up after a work related accident. Only minimal issue  was that I had an 8:00 am appointment and wasn’t seen until about 8:30. I was the first one there. Also, the Dr. put paperwork at front desk but my name was never called. I finally went up and asked about it. I take blame for not asking sooner. This staff is one of the nicest I have dealt with in any medical facility.  I Recommend!!!

The last few days having an upper respiratory infection. Went this Urgent Care facility and I love that they take walkins. Gave 2 prescriptions and am feeling a little better already. All of the staff was great! Will be definitely going back.
