I woke up and the side of my face was swollen, under my eye and down my jawline.  Made an appointment online, staff was nice and very accommodating.  A little wait for the Dr. but that was okay because he was able to diagnose the problem and explained what was needed to get better.

Overall satisfied reception entry questioner may need improvement otherwise all ok

My husband and I both were treated simultaneously for cold/flu/Covid s/s. The staff and Jennifer, NP, went above and beyond in their delivery of care. Both of us are medical professionals (a MD and RN) and are extremely knowledgeable of treatment options/procedures. We were very satisfied with the care received at City Doc!w

The staff was super friendly and the doctor was fast efficient… I have been to this location many times and the doctor was by far my favorite.

Easy to book an online appointment and the wait time once I arrived was 5 minutes. The staff was courteous, thorough, and had a kind smile. In and out quickly!!! Highly recommend this Urgent Care!!!!!

I had a horrible sinus infection with inner ear fluid and they made me feel better fast as I was hosting a party in two hours later.  Thank you

I had a sore throat and it was Saturday morning. What to do? I decided to try this facility and am so glad I did. They tested, made a diagnosis and had me out the door with called in prescription in 45 minutes. Really good experience.

My very first time here, it was very quick! The staff was super nice, from the receptionist to the nurses in the back. I loved it & my son was very happy to not be in there for hours!

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.
