AFC Urgent Care Clinic was clean, sterile in feel; fitted with the latest in tech design and equipment; organized procedurally; staffed with friendly, helpful, serious people. The doctor assigned to me far exceeded my expectations. She made me feel as if I were her sole concern, would like to keep her. I felt I was receiving the best of care. I do not have a primary care physician; however, this experience was so far removed from having to visit a doctor’s office. I did require urgent medical attention; the convenience of a walk-in clinic surpassed not having a PCP, especially when the care I received was excellent, as this was.

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

Very helpful receptionist in completing check in. Staff were very friendly. I only wished he would have told me the next steps after drug screen urinalysis test. It was my first time.

Went in for a visit yesterday with body aches, sore throat, cough, headache, and congestion. Waited 29 minutes was seen by PA-C John Davies and Stephanie Krejci FNP. They were very attentive and compassionate. The back staff of Alee, Jalyn, and Sean were also very supportive. Front desk Dakota and Brittney always make checking in as easy as possible. I booked on Wed evening for an early Thursday appointment for severe congestion, coughing, blocked sinuses. My appointment was for 8:15. I was inside at 8:05, in the exam room at 8:10, and on my way at 8:30. Everyone was super friendly, nice, and proficient. Would definitely recommend for Urgent Care needs near Clear Lake.

Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!

Had a procedure done. Cyst was opening up and drained, packed. Came back the next day for repacking. All went super well. Great Doctors and staff.

The doctor and nurse were professional and friendly. This was my first time here, however my family has been coming here for a couple of years now and we all had the same experience. In and out. No extended wait times to see the Dr. very nice environment.

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?
