Booked online, waited about 10 mins. Got seen, they were worried that I needed more care so they sent me to a specialist. I thought that was an amazing way to show me that they care about my well-being.

Walked in without an appointment on Sunday afternoon .   Had a sore throat and was very congested.  They were able to see me in 30 minutes, which I really appreciated.  The staff was attentive and efficient.

I was miserable. I went to a friend’s doctor a month ago and they said I had a sinus infection. They sent out for antibiotics and I was feeling better for a little while. Then I got to where I was struggling to breathe. That’s what brought me here. They did X-rays and an EKG. The other place didn’t do any tests. I feel like this time I am on the mend. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Easy and quick appointment scheduling. Short wait. Smooth, easy visit. Staff made children feel comfortable. Discussed options for care and PA was listened and gave good feedback.

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

They were efficient and I felt safe. They followed sanitary protocol. I did not have to wait too long. I highly recommend this place. It is not a pleasant experience when you're sick, but they made me feel comfortable.

I had been sick for over a week and ended up coming in for much needed help. The whole experience was in and out in 35 mins and one my way to get medicine. Great experience

Everyone is extremely professional and attentive to patient needs, care, and treatment.  They go above and beyond to provide the most appropriate treatment, and are very thorough to ensure all areas of concern are addressed to the child and families comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this facility and their providers and staff!

Took my first child to this clinic before and now taking my second baby, this is my favorite place to take them get checked whenever they get sick because I like how caring and helpful this place is, the check in is fast , the staff is so friendly ...for sure recommend !!

Every time I go to the Urgent Care for kids in Dallas in the Preston it’s the best service. They greet you right away when you come in and provide you with next steps. The wait time is not long. Once inside the staff continues the great service they hear my concerns for why I brought my child in.  They do all necessary checks for my child’s symptoms they are the best. Thank you.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

Best experience I’ve had at an urgent care this far. Booked online the night before. Received reminder texts. Staff were friendly and professional from the time I walked in, went to the back and walk back out the front door. Clean and fresh environment. Dr Z listened to me, evaluated me and treated me. Amazing customer service and beside manners. Highly recommend!
