Took my son for check of a bump on his back, likely due to insect bite. Had to wait for an hour even after having an appointment to see the physician. Nurse practitioner checked him out and prescribed medication. First time visiting this practice. Disappointed with wait time, but care was good.

Was sent home from school with 101.4 temperature the day before.   Temperature kept rising and it hurt to breathe, laugh or cough.   Since I’m asthmati, I knew it was either bronchitis or pleurisy which I get every winter.   A coworker raved about this place so I dropped in!   Not disappointed!

Mckenna was wonderful!  We were in & out within 45 total.

I brought in my son on Thanksgiving day and I was seen very quickly. About a 5min wait time. The staff is always friendly. The receptionist Daisy is super sweet! The Practitioners are always helpful. We were prescribed medication and the practitioner helped me find a pharmacy that was open near me during the holiday. This place is very clean and my son loves playing with the draw screen while we wait. This is the first place I turn to whenever my pediatrician is closed. 5 stars every time!

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

My primary doctor was out of town and I needed to be seen for flank pain. Check in was pretty quick, front office was great. The nurse who called me back was very friendly and documented all my concerns and medications. I was seen by Norlan Montano, NP and I wasn’t very helpful. He listened to my lungs with the stethoscope and that was it. Didn’t bother to check where I was feeling pain. I feel my history and symptoms were ignored. A thorough history and physical exam are essential components of quality care and feel it was not done by the NP.

It did not disappoint my daughter was seen quickly and we got the diagnosis we suspect along with a treatment plan to help her get better. Thank you for your service we truly  appreciate it.
