I would like to say I had one of the best experience. In and out with phenomenal staff members. I believe a young lady named Carla and Hillary gave me the best customer service And I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Short Wait Time

The staff, the attentive care and their fast response dealing with my husband pneumonia and what turned out to be blood clot. They had orders to Methodist, where he was admitted and now back recouping. It really was a life saving experience. They have kept up with us checking on both our progress against this virus. Certainly a "go to" place for healthcare. My only regret is that I didn't write down the names of the fine staff that cared for us.

Short Wait Time

5 stars to all but the doctor! I booked an appointment online, arrived on time but still had to wait 15-20 minutes. The wonderful nurse, Leslie, treated me like an old friend and bent over backwards to make me feel peaceful and calm. I’d give her 20 stars, if possible! The doctor wasn’t very friendly, let alone cheerful, (horrible “bedside manner”), unlike the nurse and receptionist. He frowned most of the time and acted as if he wanted to stay as far away from me as possible. However, I believe his diagnosis and prescription order were correct. I just don’t know what I might have done or said to have prompted his unfriendly treatment of me. My treatment by the man I spoke with on the phone the previous day was entirely different. He was warm and friendly, like nurse Leslie. Perhaps this doctor ,(“Val”?) was worried about something or just doesn’t like women, but I was totally unprepared for his rude treatment. I could hear him talking to a man ahead of me in Spanish for many minutes before my online-set appointment, apparently ignoring my appointment. What advantage to pre-setting an appointment if not treated with respect and punctuality? I hope he will treat future patients better.
