The nurse and doctor were personable, friendly and helpful!

Checked in online with no problems. Had a short wait and then taken care of. Everybody was friendly and very attentive to my problem. Clearly explained what my treatment and prescriptions would be. Great Care. I will go back anytime I need Urgent Care.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

I had been sick for over a week and ended up coming in for much needed help. The whole experience was in and out in 35 mins and one my way to get medicine. Great experience

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

Our family frequently visits CommunityMed Clinic! They are always quick to get us in and they are always so friendly! We recently had great care from Stacy, she was awesome!

Scheduling was easy enough, check in easy, friendly front desk and nurse!  PA matter of fact and no bed side manner busy interest on phone with personal call!  He could have given more information about diagnosis and meds prescribed!  He seemed disengaged.  In and out quick enough.

Walked in without an appointment on Sunday afternoon .   Had a sore throat and was very congested.  They were able to see me in 30 minutes, which I really appreciated.  The staff was attentive and efficient.

My son was complaining of a sore mouth after his older sister had been diagnosed with strep 2 days before. Our pediatrician was already closed by the time this started happening and I was so thankful to have little Spurs. Lauren, our PA was phenomenal as was the nurse who checked us in and did vitals. Thanks again for a great job!

Everyone is extremely professional and attentive to patient needs, care, and treatment.  They go above and beyond to provide the most appropriate treatment, and are very thorough to ensure all areas of concern are addressed to the child and families comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this facility and their providers and staff!

Two weeks earlier I had pulled/strained my back muscles. After two weeks of pain and limited mobility, I decided it was time to seek medical help. On Friday, I called my PCP but she did not have any openings. I then called NextCare Urgent Care for an appointment. Check in was easy and on time. My provider explained everything in detail and was understanding. I would definitely recommend this provider.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
