The wait time was too long. We had an appointment and still waited for over an hour.

Have had a cough for a week and was going out of town, wanted to make sure it was nothing serious

I got up coughing and wheezing and had called night before to schedule appointment for next morning, since started having problems. I was able to get one at 10 am on Sunday. The only problem I had was the check in on line. I had put in all information and when I went in, they could find where I had already filled out. I had to start filling out the paperwork by hand. Was not feeling well at all, but continued doing what they had me do. The person on front desk said maybe the system was not working right. Other than that I had a good visit. Dr Beene was very empathetic and got a breathing treatment b re fore I left. Great visit, the one administering the treatment was very nice and attentive!!! Thank you 😊 g

Every time I visited little spurs the staff was great the cleanliness of the facility was awesome & wait in great keep up the good work.

Construction was a little unnerving but all for progress

I walked and was seen right away. Visit from start to finish was less than an hour. Awesome.

I love RapidMed! I have been going here for many years. It’s my go to place when I have an acute illness that comes up because I don’t have to take any time off from work. My PCP is in Frisco, so that’s not always convenient. They are quick, friendly and take care of me very well!

Professional staff, very friendly and welcoming. Wait time was short and service was top notch.

The schedule was easy to made. The check in was quickly and give the care necessary for my daughter

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and its staff.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

My visit was fine but the doctor never called in the pain medication he said he would prescribe.  Despite several calls to the clinic over the course of two days I still don’t have the meds.
