Accessibility and ease of making appointments online is wonderful. Unfortunately, making the appointment seems unnecessary as the wait time with appointment is pointless. Queality of care from staff is great. The staff is very educating and encouraging. Thank you

Had a sore throat for days. I always get strep throat. Most common strep test came out negative so swabbed for a test that tests more strains but results take a day or two and it is Friday! While waiting for my strain test to come back and after exam prescribed antibiotics and throat spray. Fast friendly service which is much appreciated when you feel so bad. Thanks to all the staff.

The wait takes a little while but honestly that’s to be expected when you’re at any hospital or clinic. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Always a very clean clinic. Only thing I would recommend is to turn the tv down in the lobby. When you’re ill and or having a headache all day the last thing you want to hear is the tv blaring. Thanks bunches ladies

Urgent care
Let me start by saying I have always loved little spurs this is my first apt where I felt like my concerns weren’t listened too. My daughters had symptoms for 3 days so I brought her in, booking was great online. Apt at 2:40 check in at 2:25 and didn’t be seen until almost 3 and a walk in that came in after my daughter was seen before us. Made me feel like my daughter’s breathing wasn’t a concern to them. After we got back the nurse practitioner was very quick with us. I explained my concerns for Rsv and she dismissed them quickly. Instead of willing to do a test just to be 100% sure. Rsv is very scary for toddlers/babies so I assumed she’d do a test just to be sure. But unfortunately the concerns were I felt dismissed. I explained to her my daughters cough was not barky like croup, my son has had croup before so I understand what that sounds like. My daughter has had rsv and the symptoms she had today were very similar to her symptoms last time. That is why I was so concerned. I feel like since my daughter is 2 it could’ve been taken more seriously.  When I left the nurse practitioner was also leaving and that made me feel like she was rushing our apt because it was time for her to leave.

considering it was urgent care, the wait time was not as long as I expected. My son is 17 and looks like a man, so I was happy they didn't act judgy (since it is a pediatric urgent care). They were very thorough with xrays and cleaning of the wound and explaining aftercare. I left comfortable that he wouldn't get an infection and that there wasn't anything we might have missed. And the staff was super sweet, friendly, thoughtful, etc.

👐 down this place was the best urgent care facility! My daughter was cared for by the name of Marija Nielsen. Not only was she compassionate, she was extremely knowledgable and had a way of relaxing ME because I worry! She was the best, love her and her nurse. Thank you for allowing us to be seen so quickly and thank you for having a clean facility.. that's always nice!

The staff at Alamo City Urgent Care was amazing. Of course it's late, on a weeknight and I'm not feeling well. They were so welcoming and kind to me. I was seen immediately and the provider diagnosed me with a game plan to get me well. I am so thankful for all of you ladies that helped me! I am hope recovering and it's all thanks to Alamo City Urgent Care. For all this, I would recommend them.

Booking online was super helpful, but not really useful on the customer end, however, it did warn me that I was not booking an appointment, but rather reserving my spot in a long line. I still waited almost an hour before we were seen. Our doctor and nurses were very friendly and accommodating for my sick, scared and anxious 7 year old. Our doctor was knowledgeable, empathetic and kind towards both of us. She asked questions that were pertinent and able to be answered by my 7 year old. Dhe never used "medical" terms that went over my head, and always asked if if understood. That doctor made me feel much better walking out of the visit. (I wish I remembered her name 😫) The actual location was very clean and kid (and covid!) friendly. I have and will continue to recommend this pediatric urgent care facility to any and everyone I can. -jules alvarado

I have had the same pediatrician for 15 years but today we had to use an urgent care clinic due to appt availability. I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome our visit was! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! We were in and out within an hour. My 4 year old thanked me for bringing her and said it was so much fun 😆 On our way out everyone called out goodbye to her by name which really added a personal touch!

At the insistence of family to get a covid test done, I made a last minute decision to go to LS. From entry to exit no one gave an negative impression. Front office staff were patient and MA’s professional. My time with the Physician and Medical student was pleasant. I didn’t feel rushed. I even caught a glimpse of their “tele-Med hub” - all were hard at work! Next illness or injury find a Little Spurs pediatric urgent care clinic.

It was a great experience for me, I have been feeling ill for a while and avoided Dr visits due to the waiting time. Alamo City Urgent Care was thorough, friendly and very clean. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. The plan of care was just what I needed, I left the clinic very reassured that I will be feeling much better soon. Thank you Alamo City Urgent Care Staff

I was very pleasantly surprised bc this was the third place I’d been to to try and be seen. The other 2 places had long waits. I was able to walk in and be seen almost immediately. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the nurse practioner were very pleasant and professional. They listened and explained everything quite well. I left feeling well cared for. The funny thing is, I didn’t know this urgent care existed and found it was just down the street from where I lived. I hope I don’t need urgent care in the future, but if I do, I would definitely return here and recommend it to friends and family should they ever need these services.

This was my first time coming to this facility and I am VERY PLEASED. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and very interactive with my 3 year old. The doctor was very informative and covered every question I had. I hope I won’t have to come back to an Urgent Care , but if I do , Little Spurs will be my first option!

Dr.Jonatchick and his staff were amazing! It was our first time going to this urgent care location. Our wait time was less then 5 min, everything was clean and sanitized (during covid 19 pandemic time). Dr.Jonatchick was child friendly, extremely knowledgeable & professional. We truly felt our child was given the best care & everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this specific urgent care. We will definitely be going here for now on when we need too. Thank you so much for everything y’all are doing during the covid 19 pandemic! What a wonderful experience we had, thank you so much!

I have not had great experiences with urgent care in the past. Just super informal and never a real positive experience. Impact Care was definitely different! Very organized, no long wait time, quick in and out while taking care of all my needs. Dr. Manuel Galan was very attentive, informative, and really felt like he cared to treat me and my symptoms. The front desk and other medical staff were very friendly and proficient! I hope I do not have to return but if I do I will definitely be returning to this urgent care clinic!

Wait today was 45 minutes when I had an appointment for a set time. Also, I called Wednesday for appt, but Urgent Care closed. I went online and got appt for Thursday, which was confirmed. I showed up but no staff anywhere in sight. I called, got no answer. Stopped by and called on Friday, with no response. So I went on line again and made appt for today, Sat. Not too happy about all this, especially when this was a return visit for a bleeding ear that I was in there for 10 days ago. Today doctor nice, but he says I need to see a specialist who, of course, I can't reach on the phone until Monday. All the while I have pain inside my ear canal and on side of my face. So, I'm clearly not a happy camper. However, when I was in the facility, all the staff very nice

Given this was my first time using an urgent care, my guard was up a bit; however, the staff (RN - Priscilla) was friendly, professional and allowed me the time to obtain my insurance info when I did not have my card readily available. The doctor was also very friendly and professional and took care 1, 2, 3. Thank you all for taking care of me today!

Wish the Doctor would have done more I took my son sick she tested him for flu cake back negative, my son ended up still sick 2 days later so I take him to our Doctor and they tested him for flu and strep, it came back that he had both! They never tested him for strep he did have it when we went to the urgent care but the Doctor there said his throat looked fine when in fact it wasn’t, he said it was hurting! She was also questioning about my thermometer if it was working because my son’s temperature was to high because it came back he didn’t have the flu! Well like I said maybe they should have tested him for strep and they would know why his temperature was high but they didn’t! We waited for almost two hours for nothing. I will be going back in the future but hoping it will be another Doctor

I seriously can’t recommend them enough. They were so kind and patient. I didn’t realize I needed an appointment because of the rise in Covid cases. I had already been to two other urgent cares who sent us away. I was almost in tears but the gentleman in the office asked what was wrong. I told him and he said they could fit her in so I didn’t have to drag her to another place. The nurses and X-ray technician were patient, fun and friendly and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am so happy to have found this place!

I would definitely recommend Alamo City Urgent care to anyone looking for an urgent care clinic. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, the girl who checked me in was friendly, girl who took my vitals was also friendly, and most importantly the female Dr was amazing! She took her time explaining to me what was going on and listened to everything I had to say.

Travis was awesome! He took the time to explain everything and allowed us to ask questions without feeling rushed. However, this is no surprise as my entire family has been coming here for several years and all have been treated by Travis at one point or another. He is super easy to converse with and always spot-on with his recommendations and diagnoses. Impact Urgent Care is very fortunate to have him in their employ!
