Book urgent care & walk-in clinics near me in Santa Fe, TX

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Very helpful receptionist in completing check in. Staff were very friendly. I only wished he would have told me the next steps after drug screen urinalysis test. It was my first time.

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

Check in person was kind and patient with me while trying to complete online paperwork. I was feeling so horrible, I really didn’t have the patience or the energy to do it online. She was kind and handed me a clip board with quick forms that I was able to sign since they already had everything else. I really appreciate it.

Easy to schedule appointment online. No wait. Excellent staff and care

Took my son for check of a bump on his back, likely due to insect bite. Had to wait for an hour even after having an appointment to see the physician. Nurse practitioner checked him out and prescribed medication. First time visiting this practice. Disappointed with wait time, but care was good.

The staff was well knowledgeable and caring. I appreciated their swift action for my visit possible solutions to my problem.

I love this place!! All my interactions with the care staff have been awesome.

There’s no doctor on site. The nurse whom walked in the room to check ears / mouth & breathing took longer than 2 minutes checking breathing on my child & stated he “looks like it’s flu-ish” that was how quick our visit was & all that took place.

Very pleased with the ease of booking. Staff was very professional and caring.
