Granddaughter never minds going there when we need to be seen quickly. The doctor was very patient and efficient. Wish this could be our primary care doctor! I would definitely recommend this place and all the staff!

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

I was so pleased with my care. Attention paid to me in medical aspects, health and general kindness to human nature that I went ahead and just got a whole membership so that I can keep coming back there because every staff member was wonderful. Five stars top-of-the-line only place I’m gonna go for certain things. They did in one hour an x-ray and IV Medication for my bacterial infection and neck pain because of my discs and spine does messed up literally they did so much for me in an hour or so then four of my doctors haven’t done in months. I’m referring other friends and family to this place and funny thing I took my mother there with me so that she could get her illnesses treated and an IV we walked out , so . Thank you all staff members we will see you soon

Everyone I came in contact with was super professional and nice.

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

This is such a great office of professionals, for when my regular internist is unavailable.  I really appreciate the Bissonnet AFC people!

The staff and provider were very attentive I was in for routine testing and they were very informative in explaining what the tests entail and timing for results and transparent on pricing. Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!

I came in with a staph infection. The treatment process was swift and efficient. Prescribed medication and it was all done.

It is always seamless and caribg, while being quick and efficient!

Terrible care, we scheduled and appointment and had been waiting for more than 2 hs waiting. Staff is good, but we do not recommended and we are not coming back.

I got poisn oak and my doctor was closed. They were very helpful.
