I made an appointment quickly, was seen within 5 minutes of arrival, and had great medical care. I’ve used NextCare Urgent Care many times and have been very satisfied. I do recommend this provider.

Very nice Urgent Care. Second visit for follow up after a work related accident. Only minimal issue  was that I had an 8:00 am appointment and wasn’t seen until about 8:30. I was the first one there. Also, the Dr. put paperwork at front desk but my name was never called. I finally went up and asked about it. I take blame for not asking sooner. This staff is one of the nicest I have dealt with in any medical facility.  I Recommend!!!

Mckenna was wonderful!  We were in & out within 45 total.

Visit was quick and simple. Staff were amazing. Been there a few times and every visit is flawless. In and out in a matter of minutes. Dr. Santosh Reddy is caring and compassionate. Makes you feel like you’re his only patient. Would definitely recommend.

My son was showing signs of an eye infection and we were able to make an appointment within a couple hours to go in. The staff was incredibly friendly and took great care of him. Our only issue was that we waited over an hour past our appointment time before seeing anyone. Not sure why they still have appointments showing as available if they are running so far behind in schedule, and they don’t provide a ton of updates or information about how long the wait would be.

Woke up with a sick kid and had a strong feeling it was strep. It was super easy to make an appointment. We got there checked in and not too long later taken back. Tests were ran and we were told 5 min. At least 20 min later I went to find someone as my child was over it. Then within a minute they were back with results. We got the prescription she needed but I’m not sure we will chose this urgent care again

Ms.Kim and her staff are truly amazing,I had a particularly thing that I needed and they didn’t mind helping me with it , that says a lot being that they were busy and took time to help me ,so I am thankful for that so I want to tell all thank you 🙏🏾

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?

They didnt provide discharge paper work or information

Terrible care, we scheduled and appointment and had been waiting for more than 2 hs waiting. Staff is good, but we do not recommended and we are not coming back.
