My kids did not feel well, the lady who took us to the back was rude. The RN was nice. I did ask for COVID test but was not given

Was a pretty quick visit although I did not like my provider. She insisted that nothing was wrong with me and that it was all in my head because I was showing no symptoms to the eye. My hands were hot and itchy but she claimed there was no evidence of me having hand and foot mouth disease although I’ve been exposed to it for several days. Today my hands and feet now have painful blisters and I have to attend work in this condition due to her misguided assumptions. Her name is Olguerline Lamousnery, FNP. She treated me as though I was a child and did not know anything.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

Went to clinic to evaluate flu-like symptoms. I did not have an appointment, the front desk staff, medical staff and Doctor were extremely attentive, easy to talk to and caring. I was in and out within 30 minutes max.

The appointment was on time. The doctor gave me the right medication to control the infection and posion ivy rash. Doctor explained me in details what to do next to control and alleviate the discomfort. Also gave me hand out about the medication and what to do. This is my new emergency to go.

Needed a covid retest. Schedule and visit went well. Minimum wait for test and results, with important advice given in person and timely. Friendly staff and interaction. Recommend this urgent care facility.

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.
