2020 has been a trying year for everyone! This year my health went from great to poor. Dalewood has been there with me every step of the way. From meds, clinic visits and even televisits. Anytime I need a refil they are always there calling it in and making sure I get it right away. The staff has always been friendly and answers all questions. They make sure they explain in depth. I just had my first Urgent Care experience ever with Dr. Rasha Saleem at this facility. I am not a fan of the video chat method when employed for doctor visits, but we are all doing what we need to do amid COVID-19. I give high praise to Dr. Saleem. She listened to my concerns, addressed them and gave advice regarding alternate methods of relief. She was patient and kind and wished me well and continued good health once my current issues are resolved. I would not hesitate to return to her or to recommend her to anyone in need of urgent care.

Fantastic timely professional care by NP Funk and her assistant D. They worked well as a team and helped to promptly address my issue. Facility was clean and up to date. Highly recommend.

Couldn't get an appointment at our usual so gave this place a try to check my son for strep and flu. Nikki was great and the place accepted our insurance. Walked right in with no appointment and waited 20 minutes until seen.
