Was seen very quickly because the staff recognized my problem right away and started treatment. Test were done, EKG, BLOODWORK< & X-RAY. Dr insisted I go to Sentera ER asap. where a was immediately admitted with Congestive Heart Failure. The most surprising thing was when the staff called me at 9:00 the next morning to check on me. Sorry I did not get the staff's names but Sentera kept the paperwork. I was beginng to think that good patient care had disappeared, but I guess it was just being hidden at your facility. This is my second visit to this patient first location, both times I was seen very quickly and the treatment prescribed had me feeling better within days. I was seen yesterday by Dr. Crooks, he was kind, he listened and he explained everything I asked. I left with the medication I needed, went home and took Dr. Crooks advice and tossed out the nasal spray that was making my condition worse, took my meds and a nap. When I woke up I already felt better. Today less than24 hours later, there is 90% improvement in my breathing and coughing and 100% improvement in my state of mind! I was also given a chest X-ray and had blood work done. All staff members were very nice and respectful . I would 100% recommend Dr.Crooks and this location to anyone. I was in and out in an hour and twenty minutes at the most. Very satisfied customer- and you can post this if you like!😘
