The appointment was on time. The doctor gave me the right medication to control the infection and posion ivy rash. Doctor explained me in details what to do next to control and alleviate the discomfort. Also gave me hand out about the medication and what to do. This is my new emergency to go.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Decided to visit due to ongoing issues - found the clinic off Google as it was indicated as an Urgent care. Scheduling the appt was easy and quick. I had to reschedule for a later time and was able to do so without any difficulties. The nurse/technician that checked me in and did my initial intake was very welcoming, accommodating, and professional. He also administered the tests I had to take and was very friendly. When drawing my blood, I get squirmish but the technician did it incredibly well! I didn’t feel a thing! I appreciated how the doctor was quick, straightforward and also professional. Will definitely recommend and plan to return for PCP care.

Was a pretty quick visit although I did not like my provider. She insisted that nothing was wrong with me and that it was all in my head because I was showing no symptoms to the eye. My hands were hot and itchy but she claimed there was no evidence of me having hand and foot mouth disease although I’ve been exposed to it for several days. Today my hands and feet now have painful blisters and I have to attend work in this condition due to her misguided assumptions. Her name is Olguerline Lamousnery, FNP. She treated me as though I was a child and did not know anything.

This is our primary care facility. We love it from ability to get reasonably prompt appointments to friendly bedside manner, superb staff service, and high-quality care. Dr. Munoz (Ibrahim) is EXCEPTIONAL!.
