Very quick and very professional care! Big waiting room with nice play area for kids and coffee machine.

Care was good. Scheduling was a nightmare. Made an appointment in Kensington for Saturday afternoon and showed up to find out I could not be treated there for the X-ray. My appointment was rescheduled for the next day but when we showed up, I was informed we had to go to a different location. After a long wait for the third try I had a broken bone and was given a boot. I went home then got a call to pick up crutches. I went back the next day and was told crutches were not there and sent to another location. All in all quite stressful and not easy to move around so much with a broken bone.

It was almost perfect until I was told to sign in on one of those portable stand up screen. Had it been sturdy and stable, no problem. But it kept moving back and forth and the keys on the keyboard had to be cajoled or dressed in order to complete the task. Needless to say, that was the only drawback. And, a little wait behind the closed door after my vitals were taken. That was a bit unnerving. So, let's say a 9.5 out of 10. Nice new receptionists @!@!@! And a very well versed new doctor. Ayyas!

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.

The online appointment options are great. The wait time once you arrive for your scheduled appointment has never been good. I feel as if I don't need to use the scheduling app because I sit for a long length of time. We'll after my appointment time before I'm seen. Lastly, I received no feedback from my lab results. That's unacceptable in my mind. Maybe it's not part of the practice to inform patients of their lab reports.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger
