Great doctor, clean office, reasonable wait times but terrible nurse. Listen, none of us want to be there but we are trying to keep our spirits up for our kids. You don’t have to be mean or rude to them or the parents. If my kid was being difficult I could understand but she had zero bedside manner. Won’t return because of the experience which is a bummer bc it’s an awesome location.

Easy to book, friendly staff

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

The appointment was on time. The doctor gave me the right medication to control the infection and posion ivy rash. Doctor explained me in details what to do next to control and alleviate the discomfort. Also gave me hand out about the medication and what to do. This is my new emergency to go.

It was almost perfect until I was told to sign in on one of those portable stand up screen. Had it been sturdy and stable, no problem. But it kept moving back and forth and the keys on the keyboard had to be cajoled or dressed in order to complete the task. Needless to say, that was the only drawback. And, a little wait behind the closed door after my vitals were taken. That was a bit unnerving. So, let's say a 9.5 out of 10. Nice new receptionists @!@!@! And a very well versed new doctor. Ayyas!

Everything was ok but I received the a doctor's note for the wrong kid

Scheduled online for a CDL/DOT Physical. Everything went smoothly and surprisingly punctual. Very professional, courteous and pleasant staff.

All staff were friendly and professional. There was little wait time, was seen at appointment time. Would definitely recommend to others.
