I had pain in my ankle-she my ankle X-ray and she was friendly-she knew what was wrong-she was excellent

Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.

Urgent care was superb. It was great no problems at all. I would recommend everybody over there. They were the best in handling the patient. Thank you.

From greeting to goodbye all went well at NextCare on Bell & 98th. My illness was examined, questions asked and answered with a detailed explanation of my treatment. All within 15 minutes. I left with a recovery plan in hand. Thank you NC.

Took my daughter here. Laura the PAcwqs absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. She made my young daughter feel at ease and gave me great advice. Highly recommended.

The PA Kevin has helped me before..he is very thorough and Knowledgeable. I was seen very soon after my arrival and back home in bed within the hour. This is the only Nextcare I have been to and I am so glad I found this one...very good at helping me feel better soon.
