I have waited to write this review as i don't like being negative. I have 2 recent experiences at this office. 1 scheduled appointment and 1 walk in with my 2 yr old after an accident. Both times the wait times and office staff and technicians were fantastic. They all appropriately engaged with my daughter and did their best to make her feel comfortable. Unfortunately I am not happy with the care and service of the Nurse Practioner I saw both times. I feel my daughters head laceration was delt with incorrectly, even after multiple questions about the procedure. After a ER visit and CHLA visit for the same laceration later that day, it was deemed that they would have done the treatment differently and as time had passed there was little that could be done. Basically my 2 yr old will probably end up with more of a scar on her forehead due to method that was used. At my following appointment The Nurse Practitioner asked how my 2 yr old was at my and when I explained she made no comment and seemed uninterested.

Both the doctor and the nurse I saw were great, I feel like I was very well taken care of and heard, they alleviated my concerns, informed me clearly, and gave me a clear plan of action. I wish that doctor could be my primary care physician actually. It was awesome!

Besides the wait, the doc was great. She was thorough, knowledgeable and informative.

I felt so sick and nearest urgent care that my insurance cover was Marque Urgent care in Fontana. I rebooked my appointment online with easy access, and waiting time was short, from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were super kind and effective. Clinic was spotless clean, very well maintained. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
