Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appointment only to be placed behind people that literally just walked in to the office. I understand that stuff was backed up but if I already had an appointment set up that should’ve been honored. Nobody had severe burns or some crazy injury. Yet I was sitting there with a 102 fever for 2 hours till they finally called my name. Also seemed like the nurses checking me in were more on top of things than the actual doctor that walked in and walked me out (basically pushing me out) in the span of 2 minutes. Aside from that the actual front staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming!
