I felt so sick and nearest urgent care that my insurance cover was Marque Urgent care in Fontana. I rebooked my appointment online with easy access, and waiting time was short, from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were super kind and effective. Clinic was spotless clean, very well maintained. Had a pain in upper left thigh and went to  Urgent Care facility in Granada Hills, CA Was examined by Dr. Stanley Azen, MD who was very attentive and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue, provided care instructions and prescribed short term medication. The medical care provided was very good, professional and a pleasurable experience.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Online scheduling with txt msg reminder was easy and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward, they let me know right away what is covered. I waited about 8 minutes in total before o saw the PA and she was very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend this place.

It takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get in. But worth the wait ! They are busy but once you are in to see the doctor they are kind, patient and thorough.  Communication is very good . I can’t get into my primary care for 2-3 weeks. So this is very good

I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician. The doctor was very helpful at informing me about medications and writing a prescription for my allergies. The doctor also listed to other concerns and gave good advice.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.
