I felt so sick and nearest urgent care that my insurance cover was Marque Urgent care in Fontana. I rebooked my appointment online with easy access, and waiting time was short, from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were super kind and effective. Clinic was spotless clean, very well maintained. I’m from Hemet and I have never been happy with the medical here. I only go to Scripps in San Diego county. I needed to see an actual doctor for a cough and basically feeling horrible. I had a virtual visit 10 days prior. And went through all medicine and still couldn’t stop the x cough. I took a chance and went to this urgent care. It was Halloween. The staff was immediately kind and professional. Gave them all my insurance information and within a half an hour I was seen. The PA Terry Taylor 111 was a great listener. He was kind and understood that I was getting tired and scared. He said not to worry let get an x-ray and I’ll give you medicine and see if we can get it solved. Just like that he heard me. I felt better just by him listening to me. He smiled and said we will call with the results. Best service I ever received from an Urgent care. Thank you Amber B.
