I scheduled an appointment online with an immediate opening. Easy first time check-in. Nurse took vitals, was very friendly and efficient.  Was seen, took care of my issue and went next door ( CVS)to pick up my Rx. All done in less than 20 minutes with excellent care I would recommend this facility to anyone in Moorpark.

Had a rash on my leg made an appointment, checked in, staff very friendly, was already checked in. Doctor friendly and concerned. He prescribed treatment and prescription was sent in. I was also able to make a follow up appointment. Picked up the prescription within an hour,

Unfortunately Dr Watkins was not able to get  in touch with me. I did not read the instructions well and did not click on the link 10 minutes before the designated time. Frankly I confess that I am not very technically savvy. I just figured that the Dr would call me. Thank you.

I apologize for making a wrong submission. Indeed, my experience with AME Medical Group, Norwalk went very well. I am very pleased to meet Dr. Mishal, her humble and polite attitude, her professional knowledge and her dealing with the patients.
