I scheduled an appointment online with an immediate opening. Easy first time check-in. Nurse took vitals, was very friendly and efficient. Was seen, took care of my issue and went next door ( CVS)to pick up my Rx. All done in less than 20 minutes with excellent care I would recommend this facility to anyone in Moorpark.

Being able to make an appointment and being seen in a timely manner is a huge plus. Carbon Health in Los Al is my go to Urgent Care as it is for several of my friends. I was greeted with kindness and was checked in immediately. Time from start to finish was about 1 hour. Kudos to Team Sarah, Mony, Bryan and Destiny in their team approach for taking care of us!

I’ve been to this urgent care many times before and I guess they now have an online scheduling system that I wished I knew about sooner. Staff were very friendly and welcoming except for the woman at the check in counter. Very direct and cold. Clinic needs a good deep cleaning.
