Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

I made an appt in east haven but they called to let me know that they were short staffed so we switched it to the Branford office. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. I ended up with a video appt which was really cool because I could see my ear infection in the camera. I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes.

Was misdiagnosed with pharyngitis when I had a strep throat, swollen glands. Could not swallow because throat was so sore. Returned two days later and was diagnosed with covid and was given script for paxlovid and was not told to stop taking coumadin. Two days later went to another provider and was given penicillin for strep throat. Two days later went to ER with internal bleeding.

I woke up my son wasn’t feeling well, I walked in and was ask to book appt online and in min I was seen.

I had an unexpected right wrist injury in the morning and went in as a walk in patient. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get an exam and xrays quickly. I was also given a wrist brace for the injury.
