I had positive care myself, but as my wife was waiting for me, she was telling me of a very disheartening experience at your facility. A gentleman came in asking for a nurse, as he felt his wife was having a stroke. The girl at the desk instructed him to go to the kiosk and enter all necessary information. She did ask the man for his wife's name. I felt there was no compassion at all for this man, who evidently was in turmoil. We have always had very good luck with this Urgent Care. They are thorough and listen to symptoms, and in one case, took an x-ray of my child's leg to find out why it was hurting. We are lucky that x-ray was done, because it allowed us to get the care that our child needed. Thank you!
