For a first time visit, I was very impressed. From the phone call the day prior, making the appointment was swift. Excellent attendance in the front. Very polite staff from the waiting area to the exam room… Excellent bed side manners of the Pediatrician, and medical assistant. My daughter felt at ease.. I’m certain we will be back if the need arises.

Now offers medical care portal for secure access of my visit and records on line. One stop shop get the prescription filled there too. My experience today (10-18) was perfectly fine and acceptable. From the time I arrived at the CVS Location to the time I obtained my Flu Shot and drove away - 15 minutes out of my day. I had no issues. Of course: I followed the directions. I arrived to the Store 10 minutes in advance; I was alert for text messages - which I received regarding status; I waited for and received my phone call from the NP; a CVS Customer Care Manager was there to walk me through the check-in procedures. I used my Insurance Card. I had no issues and was in and out with a Flu Shot in less than 10 minutes. No complaints; I appreciate the professionalism.
