The ladies/staff were very friendly! Wait time was a little slow but I was okay with it afterwards since the ladies were patient and easy handling with my son, which was very important to myself. Definitely would go back to this one if need to!

She has decided to sell, and move to the new Sparrow (previously Hayes Green Beach Hospital in Charlotte, Mi). I can only speak for Dr. Bonnie cause she’s the only one I’ve seen each time there, however she is very personable, kind considerate & gets right to it. I’ve never had to wait long times like at other urgent cares. The whole staff is nice & works together well.
