I'm 22 years old and have been to a lot of urgent cares in my life but I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had at one. I waited for less than 5 minutes both times I have been here - the staff is incredible and made me feel so comfortable. For as long as I live in Grand Rapids, I will be going to this Urgent Care. Scheduled an appointment online. That was easy and quick. Waiting area was clean, receptionist was efficient. Nurse was friendly and personable. Dr was attentive, kind and patient. I felt heard and validated. He was able to diagnose and prescribe the needed meds. We have had nothing but great medical help at this location.
