Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Had a bad cough for a couple days, went online found the best available time, scheduled the appointment and went there. They gave me the paperwork online so no wait once I arrived. They were very nice, listened to me and figured out what was wrong in less that 30 minutes!!! Staff is all amazing and the young lady who helped me in the pharmacy was so sweet!!!

I woke up this morning with Poison Ivy spreading way to quickly all over my body - I could t get into my physician - located an Urgent Care near me - they popped up - facility was clean and the people that worked there were very pleasant - including Dr. Turner!

Having been a nurse for 44 years, I had hoped the doctor would have taken an adequate medical history from me, but it seemed he only had a minute or two allotted for my visit type. My chief complaint was urinary frequency, urgency and hesitancy, and no pain, however, I had been on Augmentin for 3 days with little relief and new onset nausea and diarrhea, which he did not address. His advice was to continue the med until the culture returned, but the UA was negative, making the culture an unnecessary expense and furthering my discomfort. I discontinued the Augmentin after diarrhea and several doses of Imodium. Please evaluate your patients after listening to ALL their complaints. Thank you.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.
