Would have preferred being offered the paper option first. Anyway, we didn't wait long, and the young lady took us both back at the same time, which was very kind. Dr. Natalya Hines was very thorough and checked us both for the basics (flu, COVID, and strep). The medicine prescribed is helping; it's just taking us a while to recover. I brought us back to this location, because these folks saved my husband's life a couple years ago, when he didn't realize how serious his infection was then, and we had to take him to the ER.

The nurse that collected me from the waiting room was so friendly and helpful. She made me feel comfortable being in a doctors office. I will never use another immediate care facility.
